CONCEPT DESIGN

Design is from the ground up, we like to start our design process by feeling ink on paper. We provide concept plans that clients can easily understand and help to drive the process moving forward. Geoscapes also have 3D CGI capabilities and this is often used at an early stage.  

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS

Geoscapes are familiar with many of the requirements of local councils. We thoroughly review planning documents such as DCP's and LEP's to ensure our designs adhere to Council guidelines. Our documentation is high quality and often goes above and beyond client expectations. 

Construction & Tender Documentation

We produce detailed CC and Tender Level documentation. These are often submitted to Council or a Private Certifier. Our attention to detail is second to none and we understand the information required to successfully build our designs.
